Reporting an error — what to include
Corrections are the messages we act on fastest. To make one actionable, send three things:
- the page URL, copied from the address bar;
- the sentence or number that is wrong, quoted as it appears on the page;
- what it should say, and the source you are checking it against — a broker's contract sheet, a regulator page, or the vendor's own documentation.
You get an acknowledgement within two business days and a correction within 72 hours, with a dated note on the page when the change is material.
What we cannot help with
PipAtlas is an education site — not a broker, a fund or an advisory service. We cannot give personal trading advice, manage or recover an account, resolve a withdrawal, or comment on a live position. Anything involving an account belongs with the broker first; if it stays unresolved, the regulator that licenses them is the next step.
Tool suggestions
If a calculator is missing an input you need, say which number you are trying to work out and what you would do with it. Suggestions that describe the decision, not just the feature, are the ones that get built.
