Using PipAtlas responsibly

  1. Educational purpose only: All content is provided strictly for educational purposes and does not constitute financial or investment advice. Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. PipAtlas does not sell signals, managed accounts, or profit guarantees — and community posts that do are removed.
  2. No warranty: Tools, calculators, rates and calendars are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data can be delayed, wrong, or incomplete. Confirm all figures with your broker before taking real market positions.
  3. Trading risk: Trading forex and CFDs carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance — including any example, backtest, or journal entry on the Site — does not guarantee future results.
  4. Your account & community conduct: You are responsible for the accuracy of the name and email you register and for keeping your credentials private. When you post in the community boards you agree to the House Rules: no signal selling, no profit hype without verifiable context, no mocking of beginners, and no abuse of the report system. First posts may be human-reviewed before they appear.
  5. Your content: You keep ownership of what you write, but grant PipAtlas a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, moderate, and quote your posts on the Site. Content you post may be removed at the moderators' discretion. Reports and moderation decisions are final.
  6. Intellectual property: Original text, branding, and tools on PipAtlas may not be copied or republished without prior written consent. Quoting a short excerpt with a link back is welcome.
  7. Acceptable use: Automated scraping, bulk access designed to degrade performance, spam bots, and attempts to break authentication or rate limits are strictly prohibited and may be blocked without notice.
  8. Third-party links & affiliates: The Site links to third-party websites and sometimes earns a commission from affiliate partners. Affiliate relationships never determine editorial verdicts — see the Affiliate Disclosure for details. We are not responsible for third-party content or terms.
  9. Privacy: What we collect and why is described in the Privacy Policy. Forum posts are stored on the Site's server; browser-only drafts stay in your browser.
  10. Changes: We may update these terms as the Site evolves. The "last updated" date above changes when we do, and material changes are announced on the Site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
