How the quiz works

Each run deals ten questions at random from the forty terms in the forex glossary — pip value, leverage, margin, order types, sessions, and the handful of words that get mixed up most often. Nothing is timed, nothing is ranked against other people, and no account is needed.

Why the answer matters more than the score

Every option comes with a one-line explanation and a link to the full term, so a wrong answer costs ten seconds and leaves you with the definition. Guessing until the letter turns green teaches nothing; reading the line underneath it does. The glossary is the source, so the quiz cannot drift away from it.

Where your score lives

The score stays in this browser for the length of the visit. It is not sent to the server, not stored, and not attached to a profile — closing the tab resets it, which is also why there is no leaderboard to check.

After the quiz

The five-question profiler at the bottom builds a starting economic calendar filter from your answers: session, instruments and news tolerance. It answers in the tab only, and the filter it suggests is yours to adjust.
