Starter thread, pinned. A journal is useless if it only records wins. The format we teach (the free trade-log spreadsheet does this for you): date, pair, direction, entry/stop/target, planned R:R, lots, risk %, result in R, one line of "why".
Two review habits worth stealing: (1) count in R multiples, not dollars — a −1R is a −1R on any account size; (2) review weekly, in batches — daily nit-picking turns into rule-changing, and rule-changing is how systems stop working.
Post your logs in-thread (numbers, not flexes). Screenshots with balances blurred get taken more seriously here — and the calculator round-down rule is non-negotiable in this board.
