Starter thread, pinned. The format that works here: pick a past session, and walk through it like our Session Range guide teaches — where was the Asia box, where did the break trigger, what was your invalidation, what did your size math say at entry?
Three rules for this board: (1) past structure only — no live calls, we're not a signal service; (2) show the invalidation — a setup without a "I'm wrong at this price" is a hope, not a plan; (3) sizing belongs in the post — a breakout idea risked at 5% is a worse idea than a mediocre one risked at 0.5%. The any-pair calculator link is your friend.
Discussion: 📈 London box breakdowns — show your work 2 replies
A worked example from a recent session, staff desk: Asia range held, the London break triggered at 08:15 UTC, the retest held, invalidation was the Asia low. Sizing note — at 0.5% risk the 12-pip stop was affordable on a small account. Past structure, not a call.
Reminder for this board: post the invalidation every time. A box break without an “I am wrong here” level is a hope, not a plan. The auto-mod will not enforce that one — reviewers do.
