Most "my broker is cheating me" puzzles are this: pipettes. A pip on EURUSD is 0.0001; the fifth decimal (0.00001) is a pipette — a tenth of a pip. Your 7-pip stop shows as 70 "points" of movement. Nothing is wrong.

The second trap: JPY pairs quote at 2–3 decimals, so a pip is 0.01, not 0.0001. And on gold the convention is 1 pip = $0.10/oz = $10 per standard lot — a number worth memorizing before your first XAU trade.
